Affordability is crushing people. Keeping the cost down is the most important thing they can do.

Helping those that need assistance with their electric bill, and food for those in need.

Very much agree with this statement.

Most important is for the cooperative to offer electricity at a reasonable price and in an environmentally responsible way. Also, activities to help community members be more aware of wellness issues like diet, exercise and stress reduction would be valuable.

Helping with the low income when the electric bills in the winter are astronomical. Especially the elderly and disabled.

trimming trees off powerlines and or over grown tress close to lines to avoid power outages

Education on all aspects of solar energy. Education and involvement in current and pending legislation.

Education about solar energy and helping support a way to make this an option for members that isn't a huge upfront cost.

Working with customers struggling to pay bill

The cooperative could help with education on renewable energy, conservation and cost structures of provide electric service. Any help for the elderly, children or financially needy are always welcome.

make to reduce their own footprint whilst recognizing that
options need to actually be affordable by the local community to be

Reliable and affordable electricity is the most important. Improving infrastructure and reliabilty would also be a top priority. Notice given when trimming and especially when spraying chemicals on vegetation would be important.

Help for drug abuse, food and housing.

Keeping power lines clear of limbs/cutting back trees, helping folks who want to set up solar power in addition to their current service.

A program is needed to help the seniors especially in the winter months with their bills.Keeping the public informed of new ideas and energy inprovemnts. Education for our young students about energy.

Affordable energy to help in the present economy. This will help all. Agree with a program to help elderly and disabled pay their energy bill.

Reducing rates, continuing reliable service, giving back to community, especially youth.

If GVP gets involved with anything beyond providing electricity, then it is wasting our money. The cheapest electricity is from solar and wind. GVP needs to get on board. We live in a great area with abundant sunshine and lots of public land. What is the hold up GVP?

I think bill assistance for the elderly and those struggling to pay their bills would be helpful in these stressful times and the increasing cost of surviving in the current economy.
