Honestly doing a good job, but i would recommend way more communication about whats going on wether its thru mass text or push notifications on the app concerning outages, such as "we are aware of the outage at (x) and are responding and will post the cause of the outage when we know more" none of that info is proprietary and would go a long way to reassure folks that yall are doing what you can...
I think Brandon is correct. A lot of people here say that they appreciate your listening to their ideas. I agree. However, I've been here a little over ten years and I doubt that I could name one thing that has been the direct result of "member" input. I'm sure there are some things. I just don't know what.
I am impressed with reaponse time to outages, we really appreciate that the team gets to work to resolve the issue. We recently had an outage, I called to report it within five minutes and a technician was already on the way.
I agree with Brandon. I think communication is lacking. Over the last year, we have lost power multiple times and we were stuck in the dark without knowing what was going on. Pushing out a mass text message just to say you are aware of the problem could resolve a lot of anxiety for your members.
Better communication on outages. Particulary the area affected and regular updates. Send emails or texts to those affected. We do not have good cell service, so without power or internet, I can not access the website or social media well.
In the world of technology, ensure timely, proactive updates. i think you alreeady to a good job on this just make sure you communicate on all channels to ensure you meet your customers where they ate (social media, email, website, etc)
I do appreciate the speedy service with getting the power back on when it goes out; however, as a customer, that is my expectation of the service provided to me.
I have solar panels which are great at helping with my electricity bill, however they're only good in the daytime and when there's sunshine.
The overage of my electricity that I am paid for is very small and I find that kind of irritating because the electricity that I use from you cost a heck of a lot more.
When I needed information about solar power and wanted to get the panels, the individual from the electric company who came out to speak with me only wanted me to go with the solar power grid the electric company owns. I wasn't impressed.
I appreciate overall how quickly the power comes back and am more impressed on how often it doesn't go out compared to others in the area
We have experienced fewer outages than in years past, but I agree that updates throughout the repair cycle would be helpful. A mass text/automatic call with the reason for the interruption and accurate updates regarding the anticipated length of time until services will be restored would be beneficial.
Community wide text messages on power outages. There has been times that all I've heard is that we're aware of the outage and working to resolve the issue, then I don't hear anything else.
Well, Jerry, I would think if your electricity comes back on that should be enough of a notice to let you know they resolved the issue.
