I just think that you can never have enough education when it comes to electricity and safety I think there should always be periodic home safety checks especially teaching youth what to watch for regarding power overload
That could start fires ?

Pretty satisfied on what I hear now. Maybe keeping us informed on issues that are coming up in the future, that otecc hears about before we know anything about it.

Keeping us updated on changes and co-op news.

I agree with the previous answer, just keep us up to date!

Educating members and community about relevant topics, changes in the industry, changes in the coop, etc

Letting us know about changes in industry or energy saving tips.

I agree with all the comments so far. keep us updated as members to what is going on with the co-op, energy trends, etc.

I would like to be able to get an energy audit at little to no cost

I would like to know about new and innovative cost saving ways to save and/or conserve power.

provide education for all age groups, really help us as consumers understand how we can improve our efficiency with the ultimate goal of reducing costs, partner with stores and brands to provide discounts

Honestly, no clue. I have read through the other responses, but I don't know why I would need to get that from you? When you do share the inforamtion (which is nice) most of the time its practices that I am already aware of or have in fact put into practice.

I can't think of any role that needs fulfilling by the electric company other than education.
Most people know not to touch down the lines and not spray water on an electrical fire, but there are many who don't. I would suggest just keep teaching those and other relevant things.

I personally don't find a need to have the cooperative play a role in my life. I get the idea of a cooperative, but ultimately we are part of it because we need electricty. As long as that need is fulfilled, I am good.

Educating members about services, interruptions, safety, and energy-savings would be helpful.

You know, when I flip a switch and the light comes on, you have just played a most important role in my life. That's sufficient.
