If you were designing the ideal annual/cooperative meeting, what would it include? What would make you want to attend?

Im not able to attend the meetings due to work.

if the events were closer instead of in wewa.

Im in Youngstown so making the meetings outside of work commitments is very hard but I would agree that some form of entertainment for kids that have to be brought cause folks can't find a sitter but want to take part would be ideal...

I think having the meeting virtually would be a good option. they can schedule the meeting after normal work hours and make sure members are aware of the meeting... by text or email. Members can then log in and attend the meeting and use the chat or talk feature to bring up important topics or discussions.

A part about upcoming decisions and asking for input and interest

they would need to be virtual, make sure you are peoting the 'why' and importajvw of attending and make them virtual. showcase how we as your customers actualky jave a voice

A more central location and possbily a way for those that can not attend to be able to be inlcuded in the raffles and giveaways.

Why would I go to a meeting - especially in Wewa? That is way to far to drive for a meeting that I would have no idea why I am there. Why would you have customers come to a meeting?

Meetings seem to be in other cities making it hard to attend. maybe hold more meetings in more central locations or go to virtual meetings along with the in person meeting.

I have never been to a meeting, I am just not that interested.
I agree that the raffle prizes should be available to members that don't go to the meetings but I understand why you do that.

I am intrigued by the raffle but the timing of the meeting with the location usually isn't worth it to me.

Virtual and recorded meetings might increase attendance.
