They are very involved in our community and provide valuable services such as senior computer training by high school teens, food drives, school supply drives and coat drives. So important in a small community.

If they are doing all of this I would say they are pretty involved. I hope it is appreciated.

I feel they are present.

I've always been very happy with their service

I don't have any suggestions. I am very proud of our cooperative and their role in our community.

Again I am not sure what else they could be doing. They do an amazing job.

I'm not sure there is much that they can/should do beyond what they currently do. I appreciate the value and level of service that we receive by being members. As long as they continue to focus on the most reliable service at a fair price, they are performing community service for their members.

They are at every event going on in the city, dont know what else they could do!

I have been overall pleased with the service and swiftness of solving issues

I think the current level and types of community engagement are quite sufficient. I appreciate that there are events which are both informative and fun for families.

ive always been happy with their service

Another area where they are doing a great job

Always been happybwith their service. they are very involved in community - grants, scholarships, customer appreciation day. inthink they do a good job.

This wouldn't impact me, but I'd like to see the service be made available to more of my neighbors. So while I understand how expensive it is to run a lot of fiber up rural roads, expanding up many of the local roads would improve lives in rural locations

I think you currently do a great job so not sure what yoou could do to improve.

i think increase advertising and public awareness could help. i think maq valley fiber optic is a great deal, and pulling customers from for profit internet providers is a win-win for all.

I believe, as others have posted, our co-op is in schools and at most community events now- not sure what more they could do.

Community educatiom is valuable. It might be helpful to make sure area schools know about opportunities available through the co-op.

This co-op is engaged in the community as far as I see.

I have been very satisifed with the entire experience with the co-op. I am not sure any extra effort and expense for additional community outreach/integration is needed. Stay focused on consistently providing a quality product at a fair price and word will spread all on its own.

I beleive they do a great job of being engaged in the community. Possibly doing some kind of career day with the school system if they are not already doing that.

they are already doing a good job in this area. I don't really know what else they could do.

The only community service that is necessary is to provide a reliable broadband service that is reasonable in cost and one in which technological updates to improve safety is job one.

Your printed newsletter highlights local businesses....great advertising....keep doing that. The email provides some good info as well. Like the recipes and technical explanations for the common person.

The only area that I can think of is in agreement with William, local recrutment of young talent. The robots won't be comming for the service and repair jobs for quite some time.

I am satisfied with the current level of engagement. I guess keep doing the things that have the coop name out in the public. So many people are satisfied with the service- make that part of the marketing campaign, "recent surveys show ___% of our customers are highly satisfied with our service". Maybe that's why you're seeking our input- yes, publish the results.

I have no major complaints. Grateful for the Co-Op.

Their community engagement is stellar. I'm pleased.

I only heard about this service from my homeowner insurance company when I asked them to recoomend an internet company. I only wish that I could switch my electric over to them as well. We should have options to use whichever company we want.

I think the cost to the Members is important to consider, and the cooperative already does more for the community than most organizations. Keep up what you're doing.

They could provide training to community Fire Departments on all the services they offer and how to mitigate potential disasters.

They are at every event in this community, from sporting evemts to festivals. I am not sure how much more they could be involved. They do a gret job interacting with the community.

right now i am satisfied with the service from my coop.

I cant really think of anything at the moment. They have been doing a good job so far.

they've been great! i can't think of anything they should do differently.

I think you could better explain the power that we have to buy from NYSEG (the non-hydro power) that is so expensive. Why aren't we fighting with the politicinas that limit our aiblity to secure more hydro power that is cheaper. All I ever hear is "we're liited on how much hydro power we cna get due to our logn term contracts.". Let's think outside of the box and address this. With data cneters coming online all over we need to do soemthign exceptjust acceptin the status quo.
